I have a few questions regarding your LG aircon units for sale here in Mandaue City specifically at the shop `The First Family Appliance Circle Corp` inside J Center Mall. We bought 1 unit of LG 1.5 HP split type Inverter aircon last October 19, 2012. Their shop said that the unit comes with free installation and free 10feet copper tube. So, we were very happy that we found their shop a nd asked them to deliver it to our house in Lapu-lapu City. Since the shop is connected to Lapu-lapu Electronics Refrigeration & Airconditioning Service Center, they had to contact it to let them install the aircon at our house. I, myself as well, talked to the staff of Lapu-lapu Electronics Refrigeration & Airconditioning Service Center regarding the installation. When installation was almost finish last October 22, 2012, the technician asked me for the payment and said I have to pay 3,500 for the 10feet copper tube, drainage hose and L-type bracket. I was surprised to what he just told me. I went back to Lapu-lapu Electronics Refrigeration & Airconditioning Service Center office and talked to the secretary. They said, I really have to pay 3,500 since what they mean for the `FREE 10FEET COPPER TUBE` is that LABOR IS FREE WHEN CONNECTING THE 10 FEET COPPER TUBE, --NOT THE COPPER TUBE MATERIAL itself. Is this true?? Please give me an answer when you have a time. Greetings! What? You don't have parts for my TV and you can't do anything about it. If I knew that your TV is disposable, I would not buy any of your products. What we're looking for is not just quality products but also the AFTER sales service. Your technician even submitted a report that the repair has been completed, when we even waited for weeks for an update about the parts. Can't even tell us directly that you're not manufacturing the main board. Thanks for nothing, I DON'T have time to argue with you, guys. Rest assured that I will not buy any of your products anymore.
