There is no infomation about globe broadband coverage area in the philippines at the official website so what I did was get in touch with their customer support service via chat but all I got was disspointment.
I was asking if they have a list of area’s or town’s covered by their broadband service and unfortunately the agent said no.
Geeez that’s disappointing I think they’re loosing potential customers because of that and If I were the owner or manager I would immediately ask web developers to add that on their site.
Well no worries if you are looking for information then you came to the right place, I remember when I called the support hotline I asked the agent if their service is covered in our province and luckily they said yes but it is subjected to survey if they have available ports or box that can be use to connect where our house is located.
So in order to know whether an area is serviceable all you need to do is call the support hotline and make sure to prepare the exact address of the house or the area you want to have connection with and they will tell whether the service is available or not.
Just to add when I was talking to the agent from globe she said Globe Broadband Service is available nationwide. I insisted her to provide a list of specific towns but she isisted in return that the service is avalailable nationwide.
Funny thing is since she said that the service is available nationwide that means even mountains, oceans and rural areas are covered and she closed the chat off of me. Very proffesional and clever customer service…
